A World Cup watch party platform built for the energy of live football - and the operational reality of a US-based agency managing thousands of fan events across the country.
The brief was deceptively simple: let fans discover nearby watch parties, RSVP, or host their own. The complexity was in the stack - a Webflow frontend needed to stay in sync with Salesforce CRM where no off-the-shelf connector existed, all while keeping the experience fast, on-brand, and manageable by a non-technical events team.
The Challenge
Agency Collaboration
Working with a US-based agency to design and develop a World Cup watch party website that felt modern, on-brand, and easy to use for non-technical organizers.
Fan Discovery at Scale
Enabling fans across the USA to discover nearby watch parties, RSVP, or host their own event - all through a simple, mobile-friendly web experience.
Salesforce Integration
Integrating the Webflow frontend with the client's existing Salesforce CRM, which handled watch party records, attendee signups, and lead capture without a ready-made connector.
Respecting Brand Guidelines
Respecting established brand guidelines while still creating a fresh digital experience that matched the energy of live football events.
No-Code Team Ownership
Giving the marketing and events team a no-code website builder so they could quickly create and update pages without relying on developers, while keeping data in sync with Salesforce.
Our Solution
01
Used Figma and Relume to translate the existing brand system into a modern, responsive website design - optimizing layout, typography, and components for event discovery and conversion.
02
Built the frontend in Webflow, leveraging its CMS and visual builder so the agency and client team could easily manage watch party listings, content blocks, and landing pages.
03
Designed a custom CMS schema in Webflow that mirrored the Salesforce data model for watch parties and leads, making it possible to keep both platforms aligned.
04
Implemented a bespoke sync engine using n8n, automating data flows between Salesforce and Webflow where no direct integration or official API connector existed.
05
Configured n8n workflows to push and pull structured data - creating, updating, and reconciling watch party records and signups so organizers always saw accurate information on the website.
06
Delivered a cohesive solution combining Webflow development, Salesforce integration, and n8n workflow automation - a scalable watch-party platform that felt on-brand, searchable, and operationally robust for the entire World Cup campaign.
